VIZ Xmas 2006 party

i had so much fun, seen a lot of my friends/co-workers wasted. we had the party at bimbo's the place was huge, i mean huge. great place to hold a big party. i took a few pictues, not much only 66 of them. you can see them here. you won't see all of it though, i'm saving the rest of pics for blackmail... hehehe.

Transit of Mercury

seeing the planet Mercury pass in front of the sun was amazing. i never thought of seeing any planet or the sun through a telescope. i must say it was awesome.

you can see planet mercury as a small dot, as small dot in the face of the sun. and we also saw a sun spot (not in picture) and most of all, looking through the telescope you can see the swirling surface of the sun. it's just amazing to see something like this which only happens roughly 13 time a century. so if you missed it, you can watch it happen again in 2016.

after a busy week

so, i just had the longest weekend... where do i start. ok so, last week a friend of mine since grade school was on a US tour for a month, and was in town for their last leg of tour and aris was also in town from L.A. so we showed them around town, went to the Wharf, went bowling. and hangout to catch up on things. here are some pix.
