DS on train

i took bart to work yesterday, as i got settled in i started playing with my nintendo DS. after the train left pleasant hill station i heard someone is playing big brain academy, i looked over i saw this not so old man playing with his DS. now i said cool. but i can still hear what he is playing, the lady in front of me looked at me and asked "are you kidding me?" then i started shaking my head. i looked over to the man again, and i noticed that he was wearing his earphones. i was kind of confused to see him with his earphones on, doesn't he realize that everybody on that car can hear him play? now i figured that not only he is playing he also is listening to his ipod. it started to annoy me just by hearing the same sound over and over.

guilty

it's a common courtesy to play with your portable console and have your cell phone on silent mode or have the volume all the way down. i guess that he doesn't have a big brain after all.
